Refund Policy

Customers agree to the following terms when they make a purchase from Trek Tech Gear. We believe these guidelines make our return policy and the refund procedure more transparent. In the United Kingdom, certain rules and laws must be followed.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return, exchange, or refund request.

Return and exchange conditions:

01) To return a product, it must be in a damaged, faulty, or inaccurate state.

02) The product can be exchanged if it is not as described, is damaged, or is the wrong color, size, or variant.


Every item we sell has been carefully inspected to ensure its superior quality. We care a lot about how happy you are with the things you buy from us.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days after delivery, please send it back to us. If the item is returned within the specified time frame and is found to be in brand new, unused condition with all original tags attached, a full refund will be issued. Please contact for a return authorization.

The cost of mailing the item back to us will be on you. There won't be a return label available right now.

In case the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with problems, you will need the packaging and labels. Please email us at with any photos or videos documenting problems with your Trek Tech Gear purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order. A purchase can only be verified with a receipt or invoice. We'll issue a refund or replace it if you'd like once we've determined the issue.

Taking back something that wasn't used

Any unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We can only accept returned items from the outdoor apparel category if they are in perfect condition with no signs of wear or use.

You'll have 30 days after receiving the goods to give them a thorough once-over and make any necessary adjustments. Don't remove any tags, packaging, etc., from an item you're debating keeping until you've made up your mind.

Canceling an Order

We require a minimum of 48 hours to complete orders after they are placed. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you may cancel it without incurring any fees. Canceling an order after 48 hours or once it has been dispatched may result in the customer being charged for return postage as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Move someplace else.

It is your responsibility to provide Trek Tech Gear with accurate shipping details so that orders can be shipped and delivered on time. If you need to modify the shipping address for your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of placing the transaction. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the mailing address. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered orders if the given delivery address is inaccurate.


In the first two days after placing an order, you have the option of requesting a replacement. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at After 48 hours or after shipping, if you decide you wish to exchange your item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping expenses and a 10% restocking fee.

If, after receiving your order, you decide you'd rather have an exchange, you'll need to hang onto the original packaging and the item(s) themselves until your request for an exchange is reviewed and accepted. As soon as the item you've ordered becomes available, or a suitable replacement is found, we will let you know.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. There won't be a return label available right now.

Product release for sale or clearance

Products purchased during a clearance or discount period cannot be refunded.

The courier lost the package or made a mistake delivering it.
